Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data associated with Storise (com.kodmap.storise), a mobile application by kodmap. It is the deletion route referenced by our Privacy Policy and by the Google Play Data safety form.
Storise has no account. There is no sign-up, no email address and no password, and you never sign in. There is no account for us to close — and almost everything Storise holds lives on your device and nowhere else.
1. Delete your on-device data
Your saved stories — the links, the text, the photos you added, the chosen templates and layouts — are stored only on your device, inside the app's own database.
- Export first if you want a copy. Open a saved story and export it; the exported image goes to your photos and is yours to keep. Do this before deleting, because it is the only copy that survives.
- Delete one story by removing it from My Stories.
- Delete everything by uninstalling Storise. Uninstalling removes the entire local database, including every saved story and the photos stored inside them. This cannot be undone.
Images you exported to your photo library are under your control and are not affected by uninstalling.
2. Content shared into the app
When you send a link or photo to Storise from another app, the operating system passes it to Storise through a shared container. Storise reads it, opens the matching editor, and removes it from that container immediately. Nothing is retained there.
3. Subscription data
If you have bought Storise Pro, your purchase status is held by RevenueCat and by the Apple App Store or Google Play, tied to a pseudonymous identifier rather than to your name or email.
- Cancelling the subscription is done in your Apple Account or Google Play settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
- Deletion request: to have the pseudonymous purchase record removed, contact us via Contact from the device that made the purchase and say you want your RevenueCat record deleted. We will action it within 30 days. Note that Apple and Google keep their own billing records under their own retention rules; we cannot delete those on your behalf.
4. Nothing else to delete
Storise does not currently use analytics, crash reporting or push notifications, and does not have a user database. There is no server-side profile to erase. If that changes in a future version, this page will be updated before the change ships.
