Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Storise ("the app"), a mobile application by kodmap. By using Storise you agree to them.
1. The app
Storise turns links, photos and text into story-format graphics. It is provided as-is, for personal use. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
2. Your content, and content you bring in
Anything you create with Storise is yours. We do not claim ownership of it and, because it is stored on your device, we do not hold a copy of it.
Storise lets you build graphics around content from elsewhere — a post, a track, a video, a web page. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and for how you publish the result. Copyright, trademark and platform rules still apply. Storise does not grant you any right to material owned by someone else, and the presence of a template for a particular kind of content does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the service it came from.
Names and marks belonging to other services are the property of their owners. They are referred to only to describe what Storise can work with.
3. Storise Pro subscription
Storise is free to use. Storise Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every template, full-resolution export without a watermark, all 45 collage layouts including those for 7 to 9 photos, and new templates as they are added.
- Monthly, 3-month and annual plans are available. The price is shown in the app before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account on confirmation.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account or Google Play settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any free trial that is offered ends when the paid period begins; if you cancel before it ends you are not charged.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Storise to create or distribute material that is unlawful, that harasses or impersonates someone, or that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app.
5. Disclaimer and liability
Storise is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, kodmap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of content stored on your device. Keep your own copies of anything you care about — export it.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
